The menus that come with OS X work just fine. But trust Unsanity to look at that and say, "Why doesn't it work better?" FruitMenu is another haxie from Unsanity and, true to form, it'll get you hooked. Fast.

The mysterious product gave way to speculation, criticism, and confirmations that it was indeed the best OS X software ever before its unveil. Has it lived up to its expectations? SafarIcon has become widely used Safari toolbar sets are now included with most themes. However, while SafarIcon has evidently had a lot of work put into it, the user interface is overcomplicated, nonstandard, confusing, and slow, which brings me to the conclusion that SafarIcon is a lot more complicated than it could have been.

Many theme users will remember November 18th as the day of ShapeShifter's release, and the subsequent revolution in Mac theming. Or perhaps not. Nevertheless, ShapeShifter is undeniably a quality product, and one that indeed holds the key that may unlock OS X's limitations.

Panic has already made its name in the GUI community with its line of quality software. And now, going through their list of competitors, Konfabulator was next. Stattoo, Panic's answer to Konfabulator, has its pros and cons, but like any Panic app, Stattoo does its job with style, grace, and ease of use.

iPulse is an apt name for a performance gauge that blinks, flashes, pulses, and shifts colors. As a performance gauge, the application is detailed in its information, and surprisingly kind on your CPU. As an IconFactory app, iPulse is incredibly customizable, and this is made even easier with skins packaged as iPulse Jackets.

xScope from the Iconfactory is an application that consists of six tools designed to help you develop websites or applications, or assist in graphic design. Each of the tools comes with some slick functionality, and there's likely one here that solves a problem you didn't know you had.
