Not my type of stuff. Needs more work. The holes in the brushed aluminum look like they've been just put in place with a drill. The shelf is decent work but nothing that jumps out at me.

ah thanks for your time anyway. i didn't expect it to get into the contest. i found out about the contest the day after it officially contest ended, and then found out about an hour into it that it was closed... :(
the name plate didn't come out the way i designed it... not in the preview anyway.
the basic idea was to have the shelf blend in with the window (despite that being bad UI)... and to use 50% grey.. it's got a slight brushed texture.. and i wanted to make sure it looked fine at all zoom levels. and i definitely screwed up the G5 holes... *sighs*

not to sound like i'm whining (though it may be a bit late for that), but my last name is spelled "Auayan" :)
