Information: I'm a big football fan (Go Bears) and felt inspired to create a football-based Delicious Library theme.
Short Biography: I'm a life-long Mac user. I have developed some small, and one large, Mac only solutions, specifically using Applescript to fill certain gaps (www.ikinsella.com). I have zero experience developing themes, except for the one horrible stab I made at a Kaleidoscope theme many years back.

I really love this idea, and though it doesn't -quite- work as a usable theme, I think it deserves a try for everyone just for it's uniqueness. It's well done, but unfortunately is a bit handicapped by Library's constraints.

Good idea, but I don't think I would have known it was a football field right off, some more realstic textures on the painted grass and normal grass would make it look really good.

I can only second the notions above. Good unique idea but needs some more work. Also take a look at the drop shadows of the painted grass. 90° from top would work better in this case, i think.

You are all spot on! This was fun, but there are some limits to D.L. that made this as a practical theme difficult to say the least. I had originally planned on some goal posts and accurate yardage markers, but D.L. wouldn't allow me to do so. It was fun to say the least. David, I would agree. I'd like tospend some more timemaking some more realistic turf. Thanks for all the feedback!
